And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, whcih spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes, But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

3. The cross in the middle of the towel is material that came from the tree on the Winnie the Pooh material.

4. We did this with our lesson on love out of 1st Corinthians 13. The popsicle sticks were spraypainted gold ahead of time. The ribbons were precut. We cut a piece of straw the width of the ribbon. We thread a thin piece of gold ribbon through this straw. Then we folded the top part of the ribbon up and over the straw and glued it down to secure our hanging loops. We used a label maker to label the popsicle sticks. All of this was done ahead of time. The childrens job was to glue the popsicle sticks to the ribbon. They also glued buttons, flowers, beads, doodads, sequins on the sticks and the ribbon. A big hit was using gold glitter glue to attach them.
